Feature
1. CO2 Pressure Regulator: With the upgraded pressure regulator, it
is pretty convenient to monitor the current pressure of the
pressurized beer growler from the regulator gauge.
2. CO2 Cartridge System: Screw in 3/8” thread CO2 cartridge to
provides pressure for the mini keg system and keeps beer carbonated
(CO2 CARTRIDGE NOT INCLUDED).
3. Convenient Handle: A round handle on the top of the product
which fits the palm of the hand, and has a supporting point when
using, allows you to control the beer flow by rotating the knob to
reduce unnecessary foam.

FAQ
Q1: Does this have a cooling system or will it fit in the fridge?
A1: It doesn't have it's own cooling system. The best way, is move
shelf around in refrigerator and store it in there.
Q2: When you draft your beer it says to have it at 3-5psi. When you
are done, do you turn the regulator knob off or leave it at 3-5
psi?
A2: I leave it on to keep the beer properly carbonated, while using
the keg system, no need to turn off; after finishing dispensing, it
is better to turn off and put in fridge.
Q3: At what pressure is the safety regulator valve regulated?
A3: The CO2 System: 30 PSI, Safety Pressure Regulated. When the
pressure within the keg reaches 30 psi, the pressure relief valve
will release excessive CO2 automatically.
Q4: Can you use this system for making sparkling wine?
A4: Yes, of course, are you thinking of pouring pre-carbonated wine
into it? Wine has a higher carbonation level than beer so the
cartridge might not last as long.
Q5: I've been getting a lot of foam when pouring. I even hold glass
at a angle. I have it set at 5 psi. Is there anything im doing
wrong/ I can correct?
A5: Pls turn off regulator, and pull on Pressure relief valve for a
few seconds to optimize the inner pressure, then reset 5PSI, that
would work better for you!
